Rebecca completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage whilst working full time as a Personal Trainer (PT) at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence. It was through her work as a PT that Rebecca’s interest in massage developed; her clients would often be complaining of exercise related muscular tension and she wished to explore ways of alleviating this.
After a thorough research phase, Rebecca was taken by the additional benefits of massage such as improved well being, mobility and performance. This inspired her to pursue a future in both personal training and massage.
Her personal fitness interests lie in weight lifting and HIIT, although Rebecca has worked in many other areas of training not limited to run clubs, group classes and stretch guidance.
Rebecca’s belief is that regular remedial massage along with good nutrition and a structured exercise routine will assist the individual to lead a long, healthy, happy and injury free life.
