Fabia (Fay) is currently studying for the Diploma of Remedial Massage at Evolve College and expects to graduate in March 2021. She previously completed the Certificate IV of Massage Therapy at the NSW School of Massage.

Fay has a strong interest in the muscular system and is loving massage therapy as she is passionate about helping people. She takes the time to understand her client so that together they can work to restore balance, relieve muscle tension and improve mobility.

As a student therapist, she was fortunate enough to be part of an internship with the Sydney FC in the A League.

Fay is hoping to further her understanding of myofascial lines, injury recovery techniques and muscle energy techniques. She is looking forward to studying myofascial cupping, rehab training and eventually the advanced diploma of Myotherapy.

Fay enjoys varying her exercise regime with zumba, yoga, HIIT and tabata workouts. Due to her love of tennis, she has a particular interest in working with athletes and would love to work with elite tennis players in the future.

Availability: Thursdays from 8:30am to 2:30pm.
