Claire completed the Diploma of Remedial Massage at Randwick TAFE in September 2020. Claire will continue her education focusing on sports massage, active release techniques, mobility and stretching. Claire is registered with all major health funds.

Claire grew up playing a variety of sports and with this, came an interest in the human body and its movement. She has previously played water polo and netball competitively and currently attends weekly Strength & Conditioning, and HIIT classes. Regular training has pushed Claire to understand how injuries occur and how they can affect her clients’ performance and progression. She intends to work closely with athletes ranging from professional to amateur, specialising in injury prevention and recovery.

Claire has a keen interest in providing firm, deep tissue massage therapy. When treating clients she considers how the body works as a whole and how to help each client individually.

Saturdays occasionally.
